Boxing day

After the boring xmas day and no work at office i picked my insurance receipt. Back to work i stopped at crosswords in residency road to by "Tuesdays with Morrie" for gifting him on new year.

I reached office and went to speak to the batch of new joinees who badly needed to understand listening skills are essential. After that i went to meet my old team.They were planning to go on window shopping in garuda mall.I decided to join them . We had good calcutta victoria chat houses pani poori and KFC burger .The very famous brigade road was well lit and seemed all stars came down to that shoppers paradise. As usual the young and hep was busy shopping for the new years eve.The little girl who sold rose was still there walking across the street.

I took a bus back to K RPuram.As Kiran said if you are lucky you get a seat.I was lucky that day.
And we also had the driver fighting with a rickshawwalla for overtaking the bus at a signal.Amidst this chaos in text messaged him asking if he was at work and why he was not picking my call. On december 24 he was totally slaushed celebrating at a resort and on 25 he was with his family.

I had read on the same day some where-----its wonderful feeling that you can still hold some one so close though that person is away from you.

Finding that he still didnt reply back to my message i called him up.To my surprise he picked the call. He told me "dont force yourself on people".and dont jump i am comming to meet you but with our common friend.

I didnt believe he will come .I went home changed my clothes told aunty my net connection is not working and came out of the house . As promised i met him near the temple. We drove to a pub in outer ring road .This place was right in front of the office where some one who was close to me was working.
After having two rounds of drinks i asked him why was he not talking to me.He looked in to my eyes and told me i am closer to him than any one else. He is scared as to if the relationship will end up as another fling ending up in bed.He didnt want that to happen though he was attracted.His eyes spoke to me as if i knew him for years.I could see the pain from the past relationship he had and love he had for me in his deep set eyes.Yes he was close to me than any one.I felt the whole universe was with me that night.
" i dont know why girls get attracted to me there is a girl in my new office who has the same feeling and thats why i am not going there today"

I know he was really distured and he told "might be my love will come back".We dont love a person but we fall in love with the circumtances wherein we meet that person

we drove to his work place and he showed us the parking area where he used to walk alone thinking of her.We sang lot of malayalam and hindi songs ,old and new on that special night.

We ran like little kids on the flourishing well lit lawns of ecospace and sang and danced to many tunes.
